On Friday, April 16th, the Central Epidemic Command Center announced that people engaging in group tours are required to have a COVID-19 vaccine booster. The requirement will take effect on Friday, April 22nd. (LINK)

We are sorry to inform you of this health and safety policy and if this complicates your travel plans with Parkbus Taiwan. 

由於中央流行疫情指揮中心於4月16日宣布4月22日起,參加旅行團之遊客必須接種滿三劑疫苗新聞連結),為了您的健康安全及符合相關規定,我們對於未來的旅程有以下的宣布事項。
 

2 things you will need to know. 👇👇

1) Cancelling your Booking with Parkbus Taiwan / 取消您已經預訂的旅程

  • If you have booked an upcoming trip with Parkbus and cannot participate due to this new policy, we understand and will be providing full refunds to all passengers.
    如果您因此必須取消Parkbus Taiwan的旅程,我們會提供全額退款
  • If you require a refund, please respond to this email with your name, booking number and bank details (Institution # and bank account #). 
    如果您要取消,請告知您的姓名、訂單編號及銀行帳戶資訊
  • Thank you for your patience as we process these refunds. They will be processed as fast as we can. 
    我們會盡快完成退款

2) Traveling with Parkbus Taiwan / 未來的旅程

  • The good news is that at this time, we are still hosting our trips as scheduled on our website. 
    我們仍然會維持現有的旅程
  • We will be requiring proof of vaccination upon boarding any upcoming Parkbus trips. 
    在報到時請一定要持有接種完三劑的證明(小黃卡)
  • If you book our trip and, at the time of boarding, are unable to provide proof of vaccination, you will not be allowed to board and your payment will not be refunded.
    如果您在行程當日無法提供相關證明,我們將無法讓您上車且無法退款
